We Are Not a Lender

SecureLoan is a free online lead generation and matching service. We are not a lender, credit broker, or financial advisor. We do not issue credit, make lending decisions, or determine eligibility. All lending decisions are made exclusively by the independent third-party lenders in our network.

How the Matching Process Works

  1. You submit a request form with basic personal and financial information.
  2. We transmit your information to one or more lenders in our network who may be able to serve you.
  3. If a lender is interested, they will present you with a loan offer including their specific terms, APR, fees, and repayment schedule.
  4. You review the offer with no obligation. If you choose to accept, you deal directly with that lender.

Lender Standards

Lenders in our network are required to comply with applicable federal and state laws including the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and all applicable state lending regulations. However, we do not guarantee lender compliance and are not liable for the conduct of any lender.

Responsible Lending

We encourage consumers to borrow responsibly. Before accepting any loan offer, you should:

  • Read and understand all terms, including the APR, total repayment amount, fees, and payment schedule.
  • Consider whether the loan payments fit within your budget.
  • Explore all available credit options before committing.
  • Contact the lender directly with any questions about their offer.

State Restrictions

Loan products are not available in all states. Lenders may decline to serve residents of certain states based on applicable laws. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer or solicitation to lend in any jurisdiction where such activity is prohibited.
